Detached cottage in quiet location, close to centre of Callander, surrounded by countryside. Modern, detached cottage, sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms ( 1 king size, 1 twin). Free, off-road private parking directly outside cottage.
Set within 4.5 acres of private grounds and surrounded by countryside, yet just a 5 minute walk to the centre of the bustling town of Callander.
The cottage benefits from having an open- plan living area, dining and kitchen all upstairs, taking advantage of the views. There is an additional toilet upstairs for comfort.
Downstairs are 2 bedrooms with luxurious tartan carpets, fitted wardrobes and comfortable beds.
The family bathroom includes a double ended bath, large walk-in shower and underfloor heating.
Outside there is plenty of room to run around or just sit and relax.
All heating, bedding towels etc are included along with free wifi.
The cottage has TV, DVD's, games and music for Cody , fun nights in.
Surrounded by hills and countryside, we offer an idea place for walking, hiking and climbing. Known as 'Gateway to the Highlands' we have spectacular scenery on your doorstep.
We are also close to the national cycle route 7.
